CSW Ladies Night! 7/31/ 8pm EST

So back in the day, day… I was a poet. A spoken word artist, actually. I use to grace the stages, do college tours, host open mics, compete in SLAMS, do book signings (yes I published a book – it’s out of print now but I have something planned – don’t worry…), all of thee things. It was a beautiful life, I must admit. Memories that make me smile fondly and wish I had all of the videos to prove it. It was a part of my life that I truly enjoyed, and while I don’t make the time for it that I used to, I sometimes miss it.

So when I was asked by the creator of City Series, Esmee Kyles, to feature in her CSW Ladies night event – I couldn’t say no. City Series was a series of events she used to throw in various cities for friends and families. It was a glorious time! I hosted a few of her events, and participated in quite a few. So to headline her ladies night event is quite an honor. And I’m looking forward to it!

The event will be hosted via Instagram Live and hosted on the @cswfamily IG page. The night will feature myself, along with 4 other female artists who have graced the stages of past City Series events. It’s going to be a dope evening of inspiration and poetical loveliness, along with girl talk and who knows what else!?
