I don’t mean it. Really, I don’t. I mean, maybe just a little bit. But I actually like Keto. Out of the half-dozen or so things I’ve done to tame this beast of a bawdy lol, Keto is the one I so-far-kinda-sorta like the best. And I only say it that way because I’d rather not follow any “plan” as I’d like to think I have enough self-control and wherewithal to make smart, healthy choices by my own grown-up self.
